Who we are

We are Cinzia, Jessica and Sandra, three friends passionate about physical well-being and health. We firmly believe that an active and conscious life can significantly improve our overall well-being. From this belief, a new project was born, the result of the collaboration and ideas of each of us.

Our mission is: to help people , through exercises and stretching , improve and reduce back pain. They are simple exercises that repeated daily even on your own bed guarantee excellent results.

Jessica's skills and experience in the physical wellness sector for over 20 years have led to the idea of creating a digital book: a complete and easy-to-follow guide, designed to help anyone improve their back health.
